Unless an open corporate or educational account is maintained, all orders must be prepaid. We can accept the following payment methods: |
Minimum Orders: |
We have no minimum order requirements, however an additional $2.00 handling fee will be added to orders with a merchandise total under $20.00. |
Sales Tax: |
Delivery desitinations in the state of Florida (USA) will be charged 6% sales tax unless a valid state tax exemption number is on file at our corporate office |
Shipping: |
Our standard shipping methods are US Priority Mail (3-4 business days) and UPS GroundTrac (3-5 business days) for domestic orders and US Global Priority (7-10 business days)and UPS Worldwide (4-10 business days) for international orders. Shipping method is determined by package weight and customer preference. UPS Next Day Air and Second Day Air services are available to most destinations for an additional charge. |
Backorders: |
Most items are shipped within 72 hours of your order. However, occasionally items are backordered. Please let us know if you would like partial shipment in this event. All backordered items must be prepaid unless an open corporate or educational account is maintained. Unless otherwise noted, backorders may be canceled for a full refund. (Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed.) |
Product Returns: |
Returns must be made promptly, be plainly marked with a valid Return Materials Authorization number and be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. A Return Materials Authorization number bay be obtained by contacting our sales office. Returns made without authorization may not be accepted. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking charge. |
